I'm an experienced product management and design executive. At AWS, I led Commerce and Security UX teams and a concept redesign of the core console experience. Previously I launched and open-sourced Carbon Design System, which became IBM's corporate design system, while building IBM Cloud platform. I also launched Red Hat Marketplace as head of product management. I'm a systems thinker and innovator. I lead by identifying great talent, creating a culture of candor and depth, deeply understanding customers' desired outcomes, and continuously innovating to improve outcome metrics.
