I'm a product management and design leader with deep experience in cloud software platforms. At AWS, I led Commerce and Security, managing UX teams up to 40 people, and planned a redesign of the core console experience. At IBM, I led Red Hat Marketplace (PM), Carbon Design System (PM/UX/Eng), and Cloud Platform (UX), managing teams up to 80 people.

Among design leaders, I'm best known for launching and open sourcing Carbon Design System, which became the official corporate design system at IBM. I founded and led that team through its first 10 releases.

I'm a systems thinker and innovator. I lead by establishing clarity of mission, then identifying and growing great talent in a culture of candor and depth. I innovate by deeply understanding customers' desired outcomes, measuring them, and continuously innovating to improve them. I follow an Outcome Driven Innovation approach created by Tony Ulwick.
